Poules on several pistes

Engarde allows, except in Mini mode, to make poules (of 4 or more) on several pistes, individually and by teams.

For poules on several pistes, Engarde provides a match order for each piste using a general match order algorithm instead of the usual match orders.

To have poules on several pistes, before creating the poules, you must go to the main parameters of the formula and set the value "Yes" to "Some poules on several pistes".
In this case, during the creation of the poules, Engarde asks if you want to use several pistes for the sizes of poules used. It is possible, for example, to have poules of 9 on 2 pistes and poules of 10 on 3 pistes.

When you are in "Some poules on several pistes" mode, you can modify the number of pistes of a poule with “Modification of poules”: when you close a poule, Engarde asks how many pistes it is on. It is possible to keep the order of the fencers or to draw it randomly again.

If the poules were made without the "Some poules on several pistes" mode, you can switch to the "Some poules on several pistes" mode and modify some poules to put them on several pistes.

To assign the pistes to the poules, you have to make a manual allocation and provide the names of the pistes separated by &, for example:
blue&red
1&2&3

To make a manual allocation on several pistes, the easiest way is to click on the button "Pistes - Referees" then choose "Allocation of pistes and hours" and select the method "Manual":

When a poule is on several pistes, there is a poule sheet for each piste with the order of matches on that piste. Poules of 4 by teams on 2 pistes are interesting because they take place in 3 stages:

Piste 1, matchs : 1-4 3-4 2-4

Piste 2, matchs : 2-3 1-2 3-1

Poules of 5 by teams on 2 pistes take place in 5 stages:

Piste 1, matchs : 2-5 1-4 5-3 4-2 3-1

Piste 2, matchs : 3-4 2-3 1-2 5-1 4-5

Poules of 6 by teams on 3 pistes take place in 5 stages:

Piste 1, matchs : 1-6 5-6 4-6 3-6 2-6

Piste 2, matchs : 2-5 1-4 5-3 4-2 3-1

Piste 3, matchs : 3-4 2-3 1-2 5-1 4-5
